A brilliant night talking about old school friends and hipster baby names— have I ever told you how incredible you are? Somehow we managed to get past the weird junior high/high school nonsense and pick up exactly where we left off (amen) except this time around you’re the wiser, smarter, taller one. You are nothing but AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING and it kills me everyday to know that I have to share you with every other googly-eyed girl in the world…or just John. We’re coming to the end of the year which can only mean lots more reflective/life re-evaluating stories to come which will only lead to plenty of sunrise conversations of you reprimanding me for my stupid decisions. I can hardly wait. Considering what I said about intelligence and friendships tonight, I’m pretty sure you’re in my life for good.
